RUNNING MOTIVATION.
There are times when we find it hard to get going, putting the runners on and getting out the door don't fret this happens to all runners and is perfectly normal So how do we Geta round this ? here are a few tips HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO KEEP YOU GOING
1.Find a running buddY if possible a fellow family member or friend to do the extra sessions with you
2.Don't worry about your pace.Running is not about speed
3.Plan a post-run treat.Tub experience ,healthy treat, massage or even get some new nice running gear whatever works for you.
4.Focus on the improvements and give yourself a big pat on the back every time you complete a session either with me or on your own and be very proud of the extra minutes you do each week
5.Enjoy it We all prefer to do things we enjoy. If you like something, you keep doing it. Think about running not as an activity you have to do, but as a way to unlock yo ur physical and spiritual potential. Every time you run, you learn something new about yourself, and this is priceless.
6.Smile
It may sound silly, but it works. Smile when you run—it tells your brain you are happy, and you should be. Think about all those people who would love to do what you are doing. As your body gets stronger, fitter and healthier, your life will get better.
